After creating the product categories, we can now proceed to create our products and associate them with the respective product categories. The statistics and automatic filtering system are positioned above the data table. This feature provides precise statistics and facilitates efficient data table filtering.


To add a product, follow these steps:

Navigate to IMS > Products. Refer to the accompanying screenshots for visual guidance.

Click the "Add" button to create the product. After selecting the button, proceed to fill out the provided form.

Follow these steps to complete the form:

1. Enter the name of the product.

2. Choose the product category.

3. Select inventory (Sales/Production).

4. Specify the store location.

5. Click on "Generate SKU" to generate an ID for the product.

6. Enter the quantity of the product available.

7. Define a replenishment alert quantity based on the quantity of the product in stock.

8. Enter the price.

9. Enter the production cost of the product.

10. Provide a brief description of the product.

After completing the form, click the "Save" button to create the product.

1. Export the list of products

The "Export to XLSX" command enables you to download the list of products in Excel format (XLSX).

  2. Manage the replenishment email

Here, we configure the message that we will receive when the replenishment alert is sent.

  1. Enter the alert message
  2. The recipient
  3. Recipients in copy

Finally, the Action section allows you to:

- Viewer

- Disable

- Modifier

- Send restocking email

- Remove
