DETAILED MANUAL OF HOW CLIENT INTERACTIONS WORKS

CLIENT INTERACTIONS is the second feature found in the CLIENT option of the CRM module. It allows us to create a small summary of what is said between the customer and us during their visit, all this information is grouped together in a table which gives us a simple and objective visual.
1. SUMMARY TABLE
- This table allows us to have a visual that summarizes the customers already registered in the database and their information such as:
- Customer's name
- The reason for his presence
- The solution that was brought to him
- Date of a next meeting if possible

2.ADD AN INTERACTION
With the Add button, we create or add a new interaction to the company database as well as the information that is linked to each of the customers as visible in the summary table. See the screenshot to create or add a new client interactions.

After clicking on the Add button, we have this form which allows us to enter information related to the customer's visit (the purpose of his visit). Once the form is completed, you must save the information in the database by clicking the Save button, as shown in the following screenshot.

N.B:It is important that the fields of the form with asterisk * are filled in to be able to validate the form.
Once the form has been filled in with all the necessary information and the * fields of the form also filled in and all validated, a new interaction is added to the summary table with the information provided during its creation.
3. SEARCH INTERACTION WITH THE SEARCH BAR
This part allows us to be able to search more quickly for an interaction in our database; and this thanks to the information related to the creation of the interaction. Whether it is the full name of the customer, a part of the name, or even the purpose of the customer's visit (Request) or even the solution that was provided to him (Response)
4. ACTION
This field allows you to perform 3 different actions
- Visualiser un client
IAllows you to view the information of an interaction. See the screenshot.

- EDIT
Allows you to be able to edit or modify the information of an interaction. See the screenshot.

- CLONING AN INTERACTION
Allows you to duplicate an interaction from the database. See the screenshot.

- Supprimer
Allows you to delete an interaction from the database altogether. See the screenshot.
